Initiatives

Zøn 6

Zøn 6 (Z6) is the Spid Werkz initiative to support elite adult athletes competing at the national and international levels.  This includes national championships, world cups, world championships, and other races/events at the highest level of sport.

Z6 athletes are dedicated to their sport and are training at extremely high levels, pushing their bodies and minds to the limit.  In traditional heart rate measurement, there are five heart rate zones – Z1 being the lowest (warm up) and Z5 being the highest (maximum exertion).  Z6 reflects the fact that our athletes can exceed their own limits and accomplish anything they set to reach.

Key Components

  • Competition/race entry and travel expense assistance
  • Training and equipment procurement/rental and expense assistance
